 Corica is a Belgian, family-owned artisanal roastery historically based in Brussels. With an average of 25 different coffee origins, Corica offers strictly selected coffee roasted in an artisanal manner. 

Challenge

Corica wants to centralized its data and processes into one unique platform. They also had the big ambition to open a new Shop and renovate their historical shop. In addition to all of this, they wanted to expand their B2B market and propose a system of subscription to them.

Eezee implemented a centralized Odoo platform, connecting all of Corica’s business areas into one streamlined system. 

1Point of Sales integration


 Three Odoo points of sales were deployed across Brussels, enabling a smooth opening of the new location while ensuring a seamless transition for the existing shops. With harmonized inventory and cash register systems, Corica reduced costs and simplified shop management.

2Centralized operations and production tracking


From purchasing green beans to roasting and selling, Odoo provides a real-time overview of stocks and movements. The roasting process is now fully tracked, enabling Corica to monitor production volumes (over 1,500 kg roasted per month) and gain transparency on its supply chain.  

3Expansion into B2B eCommerce


A dedicated B2B webshop built in Odoo allows horeca, retailers, and corporate clients to order directly online. Subscription management is fully automated, including recurring deliveries and direct debit payments, ensuring a smooth and scalable customer experience.

With three PoS fully operational, Corica runs an efficient sales network while keeping stocks unified across shops. 

Odoo has transformed its production chain, enabling clear tracking of coffee roasting and an overall smoother supply flow. 

The new B2B webshop and subscription system have already resulted in 36 active contracts, strengthening Corica’s relationship with professional clients. From CRM to accounting, all departments now benefit from a centralized platform that supports Corica’s growth and future projects, such as its upcoming Shopify B2C site.
