DOKO (Diensten ter Ondersteuning van het Katholiek Onderwijs) serves as the procurement center for Catholic Education Flanders, supporting over 2,400 educational institutions. It provides legal advice on public procurement legislation, drafts sample specifications, organizes training sessions, and facilitates network groups. Additionally, DOKO manages the sale of educational materials developed by Catholic Education Flanders.
Challenge
DOKO's growing scope and demand exposed the limits of its manual processes. Subscriptions to framework agreements were handled via email, with Excel-based tracking of contracts and mandates. This made it difficult to ensure document completeness and access. Member schools lacked visibility and autonomy in managing their contracts.

Solutions
In partnership with Eezee, DOKO deployed Odoo to centralize agreement management, automate signatures, and enhance member access to documents.
1Contract visibility with Website & Blog
Framework agreements are now published via Odoo Website and Blog. Schools can easily consult them, access updated documents, and make informed choices.
2eSign and portal access to mandates
DOKO uses Odoo eSign for online subscription and mandate signing. Signed documents are stored and accessible to schools through their personal portal space.
3OAuth-based authentication
Eezee integrated DOKO's platform with Catholic Education Flanders’ identity provider, allowing Single Sign-On (SSO) through OAuth for streamlined and secure access.
Result
Greater autonomy & document traceability
Schools now benefit from a user-friendly digital portal where they can consult, subscribe to, and sign agreements online. Automation reduces administrative burden, and SSO simplifies secure access.
