Challenge
Facing rapid growth and increasing operational complexity, Polytra needed to modernize and unify its processes. The company was operating across multiple countries, currencies, and business activities, making it essential to centralize data, improve visibility, and streamline decision-making.

Eezee deployed Odoo to centralize and digitalize all of Polytra's trading, logistics, and financial processes.
1Digitalization of Commodity Trading
Odoo was enhanced to fully cover procurement, sales, contract management, P&L reporting, and automated financial stock valuation. The solution enables Polytra to track revenue and costs in real time, with a direct link between operations and accounting. Each sales contract is tied to reserved stock and logistics movements, allowing precise margin control.
2TMS Module
The Eezee-made TMS module enables accurate tracking of goods, even during outsourced inter-warehouse movements. It manages truck and train loading/unloading with expected/actual weight comparisons and calculates the direct impact on P&L for each trip. Landed costs are also tracked in detail.
3Accounting
Odoo centralized accounting across 16 entities, with multi-currency compatibility and advanced analytics. Several paper-based processes were digitalized, improving transparency and efficiency. Integrated validation workflows now offer better traceability and structured approval processes.
