We are currently looking for an Odoo Developer Intern in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to join our team of professionals and grow within an international environment.
As an Odoo Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in real-world development projects and discover the inner workings of Odoo ERP implementation. If you pass the initial selection and interview process, you will be offered an internship leading to a Junior Odoo Developer position within our company.
This is a great chance to kickstart your career with hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced Odoo professionals.
Your everyday tasks
- Learn to develop and maintain custom Odoo modules
- Support the team in translating business needs into technical solutions
- Get involved in different phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis to testing
- Write clean and modular Python code within the Odoo framework
- Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues
- Discover how to perform system upgrades and data migrations
- Explore integrations with third-party tools and APIs
- Learn about development best practices and coding standards
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing and code reviews
Your profile
To succeed in this internship, you must be curious, motivated, and eager to learn. You have:
- A good foundation in Python programming
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL
- Some exposure to JavaScript, a plus
- Experience working on a Linux system, a plus
- An understanding of Agile development, software testing, and QA, a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
